Love the shoe. I needed a shoe with a heel. As I get older I seem to be shrinking. Some of my slacks are getting too long. But I need a shoes thatâs easy to walk in. These shoes are perfect. They are very comfortable. Very stylish. Keep me steady on my feet. I didnât even have to break them in. The price was good as well

Overall a good shoe
I needed a shoe with a little lift for my longer pants – these do work for that. It is a well put together shoe with a good design – I have the black suede. In terms of length, show fits great (I wear an 8.5 in Nike, usually get a 9 for boots, even dress boots) so I’m basically in-between an 8.5 and a 9. Ordered an 8.5 based on reviews and it fits well. Downside (this was mentioned in a couple of reviews): the top is tight. I do not have problems with this in any other shoe I own and thought I would be ok based on the shape of my foot and anticipating it wouldn’t bother me, unfortunately it does. Not terribly, but even with a thin sock, it is a bit tight across the top. My feet are comfortable when walking and they do not slip; also as mentioned in a review, they are not rubber soled and are not quiet on a tile/wood floor, but not super loud either. I had hoped these would not set off the metal detector at work, but they do. So if you’re looking for something that is TSA friendly, these have a metal brace in the sole.

These just arrived and may need to be broken in yet, but my initial thoughts about these is that they are really snug, feels about .5 size too small for what i usually wear. I will keep them with the hope that once I wear them for a bit theyâll loosen up that little extra bit. But they are not fit to wear for long periods such as for work directly out of the box. If after a break in period they fail become more comfortable Iâll update this with the information.Other than this tightness issue they are fairly comfortable. For those who can go up to the next size or half size, I recommend this. Unfortunately for myself I am already at the largest size so I hope that breaking them in will helpMaterials are good quality and they are crafted with the same attention to quality as the choice of materials. itâs a classic style that wonât go out of fashion anytime soon. Which is what makes this issue all the more frustrating.

These shoes are so comfortable and I’m really pleased with them….however…..I originally ordered a 6 which is my size, the were so tight my toes hurt. I returned them immediately and ordered a 6.5 wide and they are a perfect fit. Hopefully they will give value for the money but it’s too early to comment on that. They quality seems really good and I just love the style, I can wear trainers socks and you cannot see them and they look great with my work skirt or trousers.
