Very sturdy and dried super fast!
I wore these on my first day at the waterpark and really enjoyed how comfortable and sturdy they were. I could wear them into the park with socks on and wear them all day long without socks on. I was mostly impressed with the fact that they were bone dry 12 hours after I took them off when getting home. I find that most water shoes take forever to actually dry and since these were such a “shoe” type of water shoe versus a sock type I actually thought I would have soppy shoes still the next day. But nope! Bone dry.Only downside is that I did get blisters on both of my small toes, so not exactly the most comfortable and could only wear for one day, but I think pretty much every water shoe is going to have it’s downsides.

Perfect except for small opening
We all know Land’s End is a great company, so knew these would be quality. They are except for one small exception .. the fixed opening is quite small. It works for me as I have small ankles, but anyone with larger ankle’s wouldn’t be able to slip these on. It would have been much easier, even for me, if they had a tongue and opening. I suspect that is the reason they were on-sale and a great price. Size is right on as I bought an 8, and wear an 8.

Love the style! They do not look like your typical water shoe and can be worn as a casual sneaker. Very comfortable and true to size!

Awful
These shoes are SOO uncomfortable and I didn’t even walk much in them. I wore then for one kayaking tour and one shoe was so tight it made my foot feel numb, the other rubbed my heel and gave me horrible blisters. I have skinny feet, I’m a small person and still these shoes were extremely tight and highly uncomfortable. I’d recommend you look for a different pair.

Not sand proof.
Fairly comfortable shoes and I really liked the silver color. However, for walking on a soft, sandy beach these shoes did not perform well. I was giving them a tough run, and many shoes would not pass this test. These shoes would be fine for walking in a pool or on firm sand beaches. The stiffer sole was good for climbing on the rocky sections of the beach, except for when they were full of sand, which was often. Also, very difficult to take them on and off when wet, so removing to empty the sand and then putting them back on…not as easy as it sounds.
